At Fresh Fitness our Personal Training sessions are completely 100% tailored to you, your body and your goals.
We help people from all levels of ability, from the absolute beginner to elite athletes. Your Personal Training sessions will always be tailored to your goals so that you acheive results faster.
We utilise a powerful combination of highly effective training techniques to ensure that each session is fun, enjoyable and gets you results. In our sessions we utilise the ultimate combination of strength and cardio fitness training, with a unique blend of kickboxing, boxing, yoga core strengthening and combat training according to your goals and preferences.
Personal Training Prices Range From $60 – $90
Everything that you need to succeed is included with your personal training sessions. Including all of your home programs, meal plans, nutritional guidance, diet checklists, training motivation, support, body measurements, weekly weigh ins and body fat readings, before and after photos, supplementation guidance and pickup, regular progress reports and much much more.
Our Trainers
At Fresh Fitness our trainers are passionate, dedicated and committed to helping you succeed in achieving your goals. All of our trainers are motivated, experienced, qualified and are Registered Fitness Professionals with Fitness Australia.
Shea Webb
Shea has been helping people transform for over 11 years. He is passionate about training hard and achieving elite levels of functional strength and fitness. He loves helping people and thrives on seeing his clients get great results.
Shea’s inspiration is a combination of mixed martial arts, strength training, fitness training and natural nutrition. You will see by his own training videos that he loves creating new workouts and pushing his training to new limits.

Adam has Trained with Shea and and has massively increased his fitness and strength in all areas, losing his belly and now has a full six pack. Adam can now Squat with perfect form over 100kg and can do chinups with and extra 20kg on the weight belt. Adam flew through Tough Mudder and has also completed over 1 year of Fresh Fitness bootcamps. Adam completes 2 training sessions with Shea and 2 bootcamp sessions with Shea and Carlie each week.

Corey is 44 and has trained for over 1 year with Shea. Corey can now do over 10 full chinups and dips with no assistance. Corey loves his personal training sessions twice a week.

Carlie Webb
Carlie has been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years. She is extremely passionate about helping people acheive their goals, and she loves helping her clients transform their bodies and take their health and fitness to the next level.
Carlie’s inspiration is the amazing effect that training hard, eating well and keeping your mind and spirit strong has on your entire life. Carlie practises what she preaches and enjoys an active, fit lifestyle and her hobbies include running on the beach, yoga and enoying the outdoors.
