Our advanced Boot Camp instructors Carlie and Shea have over 10 years experience training people from athletes to every day people to be at their best.

They are fully qualified Advanced Boot Camp Instructors, Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, Kickboxing and Boxing Instructors, and our Instructor Shea also has his 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Black Singlet in Muay Thai Kickboxing and his Blue Belt in Brazilian Jujitzu.

Michelle Sun“For the majority of my life I used to associate the word ‘exercise’ with resentment. Cardio was just a six letter word I tried relentlessly to avoid. My diet was usually take out and preferably round with pepperonis on top. Not surprising the lack of exercise and poor diet began to take its toll on my body and I was starting to gain some unwanted weight.

In the past I’d get the motivation to try and eat healthy and exercise regularly. Truthfully I had no idea what a healthy diet looked like and how to train properly. I’d find myself disappointed and berate myself when I didn’t see results. The motivation would go as quick as it came and I’d restart the cycle again in a few months.

This time around I was determined to break the cycle and knew I needed help. It was then a friend recommended Fresh Fitness. Any initial doubts I had disappeared as she told me about both her and her partners experience. I decided to go with personal training and worked up the courage to ring. What if I am not as fit as the rest of the group?

Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are specially designed to cater for all levels of strength and fitness, from the beginner to the elite. We have people of all levels of fitness in our boot camps, ranging from people who have never trained before to professional athletes. All levels of ability are challanged to their personal limits, and everyone is welcomed and encouraged.

Will there be a lot of running?

Our Boot Camps do incorporate running as it is a great way to get fit and lose weight, however you will not be running for the entire Boot Camp session. Each session is designed as “Challenge by Choice”, so you can have a break at any time. You can still participate in Boot Camp if you are unable to run as we can individually tailor the sessions to suit. However, many participants who could not run when they first started Boot Camp can now run easily after completing their first Boot Camp.

What kinds of exercises and activities will I be doing?

All of the activities and exercises are designed in a fun and motivating way. From strength training circuits, to kickboxing, boxing, yoga core strengthening, flexibility, and circuits, every session is completely different to keep the training sessions fun and enjoyable!

How is this different to other Boot Camps?

Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are exclusive and only run a couple of times per year, and allow only a specific number of people per Boot Camp to ensure that each participant gets the best results.

What are the different payment options?
