Here’s a quick video to help you with your technique on the floor to ceiling ball at home or in your Personal Training sessions.
The key is to start off slowly until you get in the flow and then build up your speed and start adding in some combos.
It is excellent training for your hand eye coordination, focus and concentration!
In this video we’ll also go through some combos and leg kicks.
